Winter Golf & Fitness Program: $700

  • Golf Assessment Session: Begin with a personalized golf lesson to evaluate your swing mechanics, mobility, and individual goals.
  • Mobility Evaluation: Participate in a series of targeted exercises to assess your current mobility levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Mobility Enhancement Workout: Engage in a tailored mobility workout designed to improve flexibility and range of motion specific to golf.
  • Strength Training Session: Focus on a comprehensive strength workout aimed at building the muscle groups essential for a powerful and consistent golf swing.
  • Balance and Stability Training: Complete a specialized workout to enhance your balance and stability, crucial for maintaining control during your swing.

Distance Boost Golf Program: $500

During your 4-week program you can expect:

  • Master the grip & setup – The grip is the only thing that connects you to the golf club, nothing is more important than your hands on the club!
  • Backswing – Start the club on the correct path!
  • Downswing – Starting your downswing properly will give you the power you need!
  • Balance – Finishing the swing with perfect balance!

Aligning all 4 of these elements in the golf swing will allow you to hit the ball farther!

Driver Program: $500

Improve your distance, accuracy, and confidence off the tee with our specialized driver program designed to help you maximize your driving protentional and enhance your performance on the golf course. Our program focuses on developing the skills and techniques to hit longer and straighter drives.

During your 4-week driver program you can expect:

  • Swing Analysis – Detailed analysis of your driver swing mechanics.
  • Distance Enhancement – Learn how to generate more power with proper setup, alignment, posture, and swing mechanics.
  • Equipment Evaluation – Making sure you have the right driver equipment, proper loft, shaft flex and grip size.
  • Mental Game Training – Focus on visualization, course management and pre-shot routine
  • Practice Drills – Exercises designed to improve your game.

Short Game Program: $500

Elevate your short game skills and lower your score with our specialized program designed to help you improve your chipping, refine your pitching and perfect your putting.

During your 4-week short program you can expect:

  • Putting – Proper setup, alignment, stoke mechanics and green reading.
  • Chipping – Proper setup, technique, club selection and improve your ability to get up & down.
  • Pitching – Proper setup, club selection and controlling the distance.
  • Sand Play – Proper setup, aim and how to propel the ball out of the sand.
  • Practice Drills – Exercises designed to improve your game.

Private Fitness Sessions

All fitness packages include a fitness assessment, workout plan and gym equipment.

First session is 60 minutes – after that all sessions are 45 minutes.
