What is the difference between a regular fitness class and a golf fitness class?
A golf fitness class is a specialized workout program designed to improve a golfer’s physical abilities and performance on the golf course. These classes typically focus on exercises and stretches that target the specific muscles used in the golf swing, as well as improving overall strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. The goal of a golf fitness class is to help golfers enhance their game by improving fitness.
What is the difference between private and group lessons?
Private lessons offer personalized, one-on-one coaching tailored to your specific needs, while group lessons provide a fun, supportive environment to learn and improve together with others at a similar skill level.
